    "content": "These Election-Related Regulations are so important because they touch on the technology to be used in the general elections, party primaries and general regulations. Therefore, political parties, through their legal teams, need to study and make the relevant amendments. Finally, the Chair and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) have also consulted my office and said they want to study them during the weekend alongside what they submitted to the House and what the Committee has brought in case they want to make a presentation. As such, I seek your indulgence under Standing Orders No.1 and 40(4) to defer this Order."
