"content": "I think it is fair for Members to listen to this because of what is imprinting in the next few days. These are the Elections-Related Regulations in respect of various aspects of General Elections Technology, Registration of Voters, Voter Education, General Regulations, Party Primaries and Party Lists. These Election-Related Regulations are the ones which Hon. Aden Duale has claimed to move their consideration to be deferred to next week so as to allow Members and indeed those who belong to political parties to consider them as well as the Report. The Report was only tabled yesterday. The indication I have is that not many Members have seen it. I think it is fair that we do not move without sufficient knowledge and information regarding both the Report and the various regulations. It is with respect to that, that the Leader of the Majority Party claimed to move for deferment of this business."
