    "content": "These are very unique regulations because most regulations normally, when we approve as a Committee, we forward to the regulation-making authority. But these ones are unique because this House has to approve and tell the nation and this House that they are very important for our electoral system. Members need to be acquainted with them. So, I agree and support that proposal as you give directions."
