Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, what is happening really is that officers from the Copyright Society of Kenya are going round shops impounding radios and other electronic goods in the name of having violated the Copyright Act. Since they are going round and purporting to be collecting levies or taxes on behalf of you, then for sure this is the way to go. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I support the amendment."
