My utmost gratitude goes to Kenyans from all walks of life for their contributions, proposals and suggestions received during the finalisation of this Budget. Finally, Hon. Speaker, allow me once again to thank all Members of Parliament for their support in facilitating legislative proposals in supporting our economic transformation agenda over the last four years.
