    "content": "I expected him to address the concerns of our uniformed forces who have fought gallantly for this country. They have given their dear lives to serve this great nation. He did not talk about their equipment and how he is plaining to address their welfare. Therefore, I may not spend a lot of time to delve into a speech which was full of political rhetoric. It did not make any change to the interest of Kenyans. I do not want to give it honour by delving into it. With those few remarks, I beg to say that the speech did not augur well, but I had to talk about it since the Constitution requires us to do so. That is my position."
