It states that:- “Whenever the Speaker or the Chairperson of Committees rises, any Senator then speaking or offering to speak, shall resume his or her seat and the Senate or the Committee shall be silent, so that the Speaker or the Chairperson of Committees may be heard without interruption.” You are lucky I will not invoke Standing Order No.110 to consider you disorderly but stay advised."
