Secondly, you gave a ruling which did not have timelines to the Serjeant-at-Arms to go and seek the Senate Majority Leader and his Deputy who have abrogated their roles. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, you did not give timelines and as a matter of procedure and traditions, we cannot skip an item which is very crucial. I expected you to give timelines to the people who have abrogated their roles to be sought. That is why I got concerned and spoke about Standing Order No.1 which gives you the mandate."
