    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I rise to add a rider to what Sen. Abdirahman has said. This is an issue that needs urgent attention. In two weeks’ time, we would probably go for recess and this matter needs to be addressed, in order to assure the pastoralists and inform the people who are living in Laikipia on what the Government is intending to do to resolve the issue, once and for all. This is especially for us to interrogate whether the use of force is the only answer to the problem in Laikipia as it is causing more damage than what was expected. So, next week would be better."
