"content": "prohibits us from using newspaper reports as a standard medium of information on the Floor of Parliament. Whereas that is so, may I refer Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale to Standing Order No.90(4) which states:- “No Senator shall impute improper motive to any other Senator or to a Member of the National Assembly except upon a specific substantive Motion of which at least three days’ notice has been given, calling in question the conduct of that Senator or Member of the Assembly.” You are putting into question the conduct of a Member of the National Assembly, based on newspaper reports that he was expelled from Italy for certain reason. I am forced to order that for the purposes of decorum and respect to the rules of this House, you withdraw and apologise."
