The first one is on what the Government is doing now that the people are suffering and they have no food to eat because the drought has persisted. Secondly, is the construction of the dam a permanent solution to the water problem? The story of constructing the dam has been there for a long time. Could the Chairman undertake to give a definite time by telling us whether it will be next month or in May?"
