    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Chairperson, Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, to state that nobody has died? It is almost belittling the issue that we are trying to address in this House and reducing the importance of the Statement. We know that this has been one of the hardest hitting droughts in the recent past, especially in the counties that we come from and it should be given the importance and concern that it deserves. It does not just require people to die but even the starvation levels require urgent attention."
