You may further want to look at other mandates in Article 113, all through to Article 118 if you want to look at the financial managements and stick to your mandates as stipulated in the Constitution. However, Sen. Kiraitu’s statement did not challenge your ability to do that but what he could have said may be not well understood. If that was the concern of the Senator, then the county Government should also be informed, but you are right; that is not your duty. Proceed, Sen. Kiraitu."
