    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I also rise to support this Bill. I know that Kenyans love education and I do not think there is anything that people can do to stagnate education. From time immemorial, we know that people themselves started constructing schools and educating the children. If that had not happened, today, we would not be where we are with education. Nevertheless, the areas where there had been historic injustices, as far as education is concerned, it is the local people themselves who took the initiative and built the schools.
