    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join you in recognising the presence of the officers from Nyamira County Assembly as well as the students from Taita Taveta County. It is good for the county assemblies to visit the ‘Upper House’ to know what is happening here. As we learnt last year, a number of counties were making trips to other countries to benchmark. Some county assemblies went as far as Israel which is a desert country to benchmark. I wonder what they were going to look for in those countries. It is good for such officers who are working in the public relations Department to advise the leadership of the assembly that they would rather visit a neighboring assembly to know how they are performing. I also recognise the presence of the little girls who have come all the way to see how we are doing. We were also young at one point and we were educated just like them. It is good for them to come and see how we are making laws for them so that they can work hard. I wish them well as they build Taita Taveta County and Kenya through their studies."
