"content": "When you refer to a Cabinet Secretary like Dr. Matiang’i who has done so much towards improvement of education in our nation as a “donation”, I think that is disrespect of the greatest order not just to Dr. Matiang’i as the Cabinet Secretary for Education but also to the Government of the day. As a House of records, some of these things should not be allowed. We should not allow ourselves to be flippant in this House but deal with issues before us which are so important. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think that is a matter that needs to be expunged from the record."
