    "content": "I will be very brief. I want to tell the House and the nation at large that any regulation which has the force of law must be passed by this House. Any other regulation which is not passed and approved by this House has no force of law. Article 95(2) of the Constitution states thus: “The National Assembly deliberates on and resolves issues of concern to the people.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
