    "content": "Girls who are mostly affected in terms of accessing sanitary towels are those in the rural and remote areas, which most of us represent in this House. This amendment will mitigate some of the challenges the girls experience in the rural and remote areas and in informal settlements. The rate of poverty is very high in those areas.
