    "content": "citizens. Quality ECD develops not just the child or the family, but the nation and the world at large. I support the Bill because I have been to very dry areas in our nation where sometimes even food security becomes a very big problem. Many mothers leave their homes to look for food for the children. That time, the girl-child is unable to go to school because culturally and traditionally, when a mother is not near, the girl-child is left to take care of the rest of the children. I hope we will all support this amendment Bill. All the Members of Parliament and leaders of our nation, especially the Head of State, are working very hard to provide resources for the early childhood education system. We will go to our schools, villages and homes and make sure our children go to school and are taught by qualified teachers."
