However, before I proceed to second it, it is important for public knowledge to make it quite clear that I am no longer a Member of KADU-ASILI. I am now a Member of the Devolution Party of Kenya, which I lead. This is very important so that it does not bring confusion to my membership. As I second the Bill, I must point out that today, as we sit in this Chamber, there are very many students who do not have their results because some of them have been concealed by KNEC."
