    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As I wind up, the organisations involved in preparing examinations especially KNEC should be beyond reproach. They should be people of high integrity and should not be looking for ways of enriching themselves by selling and leaking examination papers and being involved in any activity which can compromise examinations. I support the idea of jailing them for a minimum of five years or a fine of Kshs5 million so that we can strengthen the examination system in this country."
