    "content": "This is a very good amendment Bill that is going to support our education processes so that we do not have children being paraded in court corridors as we have seen normally. We understand that court processes take a lot of time. Decisions, judgements or rulings may not be made expeditiously as expected. This is a situation that demands that whatever action is being taken, and whatever appellate processes that follow, must be efficient, fair, just and done in a way that does not necessarily affect the candidate. Having this disciplinary process in the Council and the appellate tribunal gives the candidate an opportunity to be heard and state the exact situation as it were and then a proper decision can be made."
