    "content": "When examinations are cancelled and one has to go for an appeal, it has been a very frustrating process and very difficult for the children who have sat for examinations that have been cancelled having to go to the High Court which takes for ever. When we have a tribunal which will handle this, it will be very appropriate and it will save time for the young people and will be good for them to move on with their lives having known their fate."
