    "content": "The other area is the money we give to our elderly, disabled and orphans which is also a lot. It is about Ksh19 billion in this financial year. We are getting some complaints from our people that we need to have this money audited. That is why I support the proposal to have a social accountability framework or mechanism so that at the end of the day, these funds which we are saving for the benefit of Kenyans actually benefit them."
