"content": "Obviously, they are also required to be present not just to be out there. When we are discussing the Budget, they are conspicuously absent. It is not a very good thing. I also have a screen on which I check whether anybody has made a request. I only know Hon. Grace Kiptui and Reginalda have made requests, but they are somewhere down there. Please, when we are making Budget, it is very important and this is an elections year. When you go out there, you will be telling people what you are doing. You are telling Kenyans that you are giving them this and that yet you are nowhere. It will be passed and you will say that we have passed a Budget. Where were you when it was being passed? Surely!"
