In conclusion, I cannot end without saying that this Budget must ensure that people in the rural areas benefit. I am happy we have considered youth polytechnics, which is the good thing to tell our people as Members during our campaigns. We will tell them that whether you got a D- (minus) or a D+ (plus), you can expand your knowledge and get skills to help you in your life.
