    "content": "Once, I was in New Delhi and the amount of money allocated for the Kenyan embassy was less than Kshs300,000 for the whole year and previous years’ allocations were worse. I think we have great opportunities to grow our economy by finding opportunities for trade and investment and it is limitless what we can do with the external sector in terms of our export capacity if we develop our own domestic capacity to export. It is not only money that matters, but we need programmes. When you see these kinds of little allocations and absence of ideas, this is probably a disregard for what it does."
