    "content": "One concern I have noted from the Report is the non-performing loans that we take as the Government, especially from banks and the private sector in this country. In terms of performance, it is not very encouraging. According to this Report, the non-performing loans for this year are about Kshs15.4 billion. That can be improved. Of course, it has been noted by the Budget and Appropriations Committee and I hope going forward, this issue will be addressed."
