    "content": "If we allocate resources equitably, we will not go to the elections fearing that there will be violence. Money has been allocated for use by the elderly of this nation. You will see it being given out in a skewed manner. If you are a Member of Parliament, you have to go plead at the Ministry in order to be given money. So, as I congratulate Hon. Musyimi for having done a very good job within a very short time. I hope we can refer to this Committee, our institutions of oversight, the Budget Office, the Auditor-General’s Office and the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) office and allow them to do their job, so that this Budget is implemented. Thank you so much and I hope elections will happen within a framework that allows us to build trust among ourselves."
