    "content": "We also have irresponsible allocation of funds. I have noticed that a lot of the money that we pass in budgets is used for political reasons. When the Jubilee Government came to power, they talked about things to do with laptops for primary school children. In the four years that I have been in this House, I have asked myself the economic value of the laptops. In fact, they were promised in 2013, we are going into 2017 and they have only been given to Standard One children. When you look at the way we are spending our money, it is irresponsible.
