    "content": "REPORT ON PETITION: PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON MATTERS BEFORE THE SENATE Mr. Speaker, Sir, the third Petition is by the Institute of Social Accountability on Public Participation on Matters before the Senate which was sent to the Clerk on 2nd March 2017 and duly approved by the Speaker on 7th March 2017. I hereby table it on behalf of the Committee which considered these very weighty matters touching on the issue of public participation. There is a Bill which is coming and I hope it will be given due priority."
