    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to raise a request for two Statements. FATAL SHOOTING OF MR. EDISON NATEMBEA NANDORI The first one is under Standing Order 45(2)(b). I wish to demand for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations on the fatal shooting of Mr. Edison Natembea Nandori on 18th March, 2017, at Naivas Area, Komarock Ward, Nairobi County. The late Mr. Edison Natembea Nandori was the Ford- Kenya party aspirant for Komarock Ward in Nairobi County. Could the Chairperson clarify the following:- (1) What were the circumstances under which he was shot? (2) If the police is seized of this matter, what is the status of investigations? As the leadership of Ford-Kenya, we demand that they be thorough, expeditious and just. (3) Is the police aware that at the time of being shot, Mr. Edison Natembea Nandori was in the same car with, amongst others, a Mr. Victor Waiswa and Mr. Hillary Waiswa? (4) Why has the police not arrested the above two for questioning and/or recording of statements? We demand that they be treated as suspects."
