I was just supporting what the Committee on the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) has recommended. I was saying that it is also good to recognise somebody who has done good work. That is because that person has stayed there for seven years without having any problem. I am asking the Committee to give that person a chance to apply for the job, and investigate what was happening when he did not apply for the job."
