    "content": "The second mandate is on the basis of the review in (a) above that I have just said. It is also to propose appropriate procedures and rules for the elections of persons to represent the Republic of Kenya in EALA. The third mandate is to submit a report within 14 days to the Houses of Parliament containing the revised rules of procedure. The fourth is to suggest appropriate timelines for purposes of notification, nomination and elections. Finally, it is to consider the nominees, oversee the elections process and report to the House within the timelines stipulated in the elections rules."
