Speaker, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology: (1) Investigates the circumstances that led to the unfortunate death of Tracy Sylvia Namatsi; (2) Ascertain the exact place where Tracy Sylvia Namatsi died; whether it was at the school sanatorium or Dr. Evans Sunrise Hospital; (3) Reprimand Moi High School Kabarak for the negligence that resulted into the untimely death of Tracy Sylvia Namatsi through a highly treatable disease while she was under the school’s custody; and, (4) Ensure that the Petitioner’s plight is addressed. Your Petitioners will forever pray"
