Is the Assistant Minister allowing thieves to continue being in his Ministry? Even transferring him as an ordinary teacher is not good enough. In this country, if somebody steals a cob of maize, he can be imprisoned or killed, yet teachers are getting away with Kshs451, 057. Could the Assistant Minister tell us why this gentleman should not be imprisoned for theft?"
