    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to bring it to the attention of hon. Members that the Minister for Agriculture seems to be acting or either responding outside the law. The law I am referring to is the Sugar Act which, in Section 10(4), states that the CEO shall, subject to the directions of the Board, be responsible for the day to day management of the affairs of the Board, and that CEO is not there. So, if she is not there, how are the affairs of the Board being run on a day to day basis?"
