Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Regulation 21 of the Draft Elections (Technology) Regulations, 2017 be amended by inserting the following sub-regulation immediately after sub-regulation (3) — “(4) Where the Commission engages a consortium in the manner specified in sub- regulation (3), the Commission shall require the service provider to use internal roaming services.” The import of this change is just to fortify Regulation 21(1) which says that the commission shall identify and communicate in a timely manner to stakeholders the network services available at different polling stations.
