    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are other recommendations, but the one I want to conclude with is strengthening key agricultural institutions to ensure food security. To ensure that farmers have a platform for engagement so as to be able to participate in public policy and decision making, and provide a forum through which farm inputs can be distributed to reach all the farmers, and their harvests collected and sold at competitive prices, the Government should revive the Kenya Farmers Association (KFA) by injecting in it the Kshs1.3 billion approved by Parliament on 17th August 2011 as I did say earlier."
