I actually support him because what he is saying it that there is need, other than just indicating the network coverage, to do an audit to confirm that it will work to avoid a situation where it could collapse like it has always been doing. To me, that is very important. Hon. Duale has just said that Hon. Musimba is an authority on this issue. Are we questioning the authority we have already confirmed?"
