    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, whatever Hon. Eseli is trying to amend is already in the Elections Act. There is no way we can amend it. The regulations are there to implement the Act and not to amend it. I want to agree with the Leader of the Majority Party on the issue of regulations, but not on the other issues to do with politics."
