    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, let me thank my colleague Hon. Simiyu for bringing this amendment but, unfortunately, I am going to oppose it. We cannot micro- manage IEBC through these regulations. The onus lies with IEBC, to come up with its own programmes as to how they are going to hold their meetings. This is administrative. I want to persuade my colleagues to oppose this, and we leave it to IEBC. Thank you."
