In the shortest time possible, you and your staff, the men and women who are legal officers, researchers or clerks to the committees have done a good job. For the first time, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has brought voluminous pieces of regulations. I saw Hon. Sakaja carrying them and I asked him if he was carrying a petition with many signatures. We are approaching the general elections and party primaries."
