    "content": "because the election virtually stops our economy for at least six months of the year. It should not be like that. It should be more routine! It will get more routine; if we go by the laws as they are. There are rules and regulations that we have put in place and if we punish people appropriately and accordingly, irrespective of which side they are in; whether they are in the corner of Busia, somewhere in Dujis or wherever it is, they must face the law equally.
