    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. We are in a very interesting and important time for Kenya. We are looking at the elections which will determine how the next Government under the new Constitution will look like, and how the next governments in our devolved county system will look like. We have had four years under the new Constitution. Definitely, as this House, we have tried. We have set the ground and the pace in many ways in terms of the breadth of legislation that is needed. Of course, there are some places that we have not quite reached, but that is a story for another day. You try your best."
