I just hope that after we have done this, the electoral system that we will be putting in place will be effective to an extent the elections will be won and lost before people can comment about what they thought was going on because of the efficiency of the system. It is every Kenyan’s right to have a fair and credible electoral system. I believe we have made so much progress in this regard. These regulations will seal all the gaps and assure Kenyans of fair and peaceful elections. I beg to support."
