    "content": "One of the issues that these regulations has brought forward is the registration of prisoners. For a long time we have not given prisoners an opportunity to register and vote. This is the case and yet that is their right as enshrined in our new Constitution. I think this will go a long way in giving them the right to vote. The IEBC verification is very important. All Kenyans will be given time to verify the registers in various polling stations and when the time comes, we will all go to the polling stations knowing our names are there and we are ready to vote. The same thing applies to biometric data. With the new technology, I think it is easier since people do not have to visit polling stations because they can verify their names and records using a phone."
