    "content": "Finally, elected leaders of this country had a chance to give an input to these regulations. I would like to say that if we had not concluded these regulations, we would have had a very serious challenge as we prepare for the coming elections. This is because the various Acts - the Elections Act and the Political Parties Act - required the IEBC to formulate these regulations and this House to approve them four months before the next elections. I know that today is 5th of April and that is within the timeframe the law requires us to pass these regulations. I thank my colleagues who were able to successfully achieve the timelines that are required in law."
