    "content": "The CBK, in collaboration with the Competition Authority, should take stern action against any commercial banks found to have engaged in practices that have led to the depreciation of the Kenyan shilling. Finally, CBK should strictly enforce the Banking Act, especially on share ownership, to curb unethical practices. I do not want to discuss this in detail because this House has already created another committee to look specifically into these issues of the depreciating Kenya shilling."
