    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the new Constitution provides for Kenyans to settle anywhere in the country. Even the old Constitution provided the same. I will agree with the Member that there are some areas where some people are up in arms, especially where we have been trying to acquire land to resettle the IDPs. That particular matter is getting the due attention. There is a group which is negotiating with the said community in liaison with hon. ole Ntimama. The Government is giving the issue the due attention and I am very sure it will be resolved as a matter of urgency. Otherwise, there is no serious cause for alarm, other than that particular incident which is being considered very seriously."
